Join Our Wednesday Morning Gardening Volunteers!

Every Wednesday, 9:30-11:30 AM All are welcome to join us!

NYC Parks Gardener Nathan Grozan leads our Wednesday morning volunteers, helping make a visible difference throughout Cadman Park—especially in the Juneteenth Grove.

Come lend a hand, meet your neighbors, and help us continue to grow and care for our park! 🌱

Tomorrow morning, the group will continue work from last week at the north end of the park.

Nathan says: “I want us to focus on weeding and clearing the areas along the front fence in preparation for mulching. We’ll be looking for the usual weedy suspects, as well as clearing any large amounts of leaves and branches.

Meet me tomorrow at 9:30 AM at the north end of Cadman Park, opposite the Juneteenth beds. You’ll see me near the statue with tools and wheelbarrows.”
