Join the Conservancy's Wednesday Morning Gardening Volunteers!

Meet NYC Parks Gardener Nathan Grozan on Wednesday mornings from 9:30–11:30 AM.

Tomorrow, we'll be working in the garden beds along Shady Walk, near the Brooklyn Bridge entrance to the park. There are several weeding projects in the area, including bindweed, thistle, jewelweed, and more. A few perennials are also still waiting to be planted, and anyone interested in pruning will have plenty of yews to work on.

Whether you're an experienced gardener or simply looking to spend a rewarding morning outdoors, we'd love to have you join us!
